1.Talent Acquisition - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting.<br />

2.Coordinating and conducting personal/Telephonic interviews at various levels.<br />
<br />
3.Handling background verification checks<br />
<br />
4.Manage new joined documentation<br />
<br />
5.Touch base with the offered candidates till they onboard.<br />

Desired Candidate Profile<br />

Minimum graduation is a must,<br />
Excellent in English communication<br />
