The key role of this position is to maintain and grow the business, focus on new business opportunities in assigned region.
. Develop and execute sales plans that supports short and long term goals of the company.
. Leads and pipeline management – Daily, weekly and monthly plan and status updates.
. Meeting sales targets and KPIs as defined and agreed with manager.
. Meeting prospects, understanding and analyzing requirements.
. Qualifying prospects by gathering information and validations.
. Demonstrating products and solutions to the clients.
. Proposal preparations, negotiations, closures and payment collections.
. Co-ordinating with Product Delivery team for software installation/training.
. Support and active participation in Marketing promotion.
. Maintain good relation with customers and expand reference network.
. Should follow CRM for internal audits and processes laid by the organization.
. Taking pro-active initiatives, responsibilities and ownership.
Skills required
. Target oriented and passionate about selling technology and software solutions.
. MBA in Sales and Marketing.
. Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in selling Software Products/ Software Solutions/ Business Automation Solutions/ Retail Solutions/ POS solutions.
. Experience in analyzing performance and market trend information.
. Experience in developing sales strategies and execution.
. Should have understanding of working on CRM for sales process management.
. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.
. Ability to identify customer requirements, analyze and communicate with the delivery team.
. Excellent team player and ability to work closely with cross functional teams (Marketing / Support / Development)
. Highly organized and ready to take responsibilities, ownership and ability to work under pressure.
