Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

Generating high quality luxury travel leads
Initiate creative methods and techniques for better sales
Tele-calling, prospecting and collecting databases of prospective clients
Understanding the prospects travel requirement & designing itinerary with costing
Follow-ups and conversion of prospects into clients, answering all their queries from time to time on emails and calls (telephone or Skype Video calls)
Interacting with vendors and hotels to get the best deal from them & make the bookings for the client
Supervise vendors across India for smooth execution of the guests tour
Ensure continual improvement in delivery of services
Maintain and adhere to all systems, formats & reporting required, as per the job profile
Excellent written & Spoken English (this is a must)
Pleasant and presentable personality Should be a team-player
Courteous and warm writing skills
Excellent command on MS Office & Windows
Knowledge of Coral Draw and Adobe would be an added advantage
Good knowledge of Indian Geography and Indian tourism industry, specifically inbound
Should be a well- traveled personality or should have the flair to travel
Should have the ability to pay attention to details
Good time-management skills
A personality who is passionate, hard working and seeks growth & development Acquaintance to a foreign language(French, Spanish, German, Italian) would be an added advantage
