Responsibilities
€¢ Market and sell company products to current and potential customers
€¢ Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and no. of contacts to be made
€¢ Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators.
€¢ Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
€¢ Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
€¢ Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
€¢ To develop market potential and growth of company as business prospective.
€¢ To expand dealer channel for specific area to growth business volume aspects.
€¢ Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
€¢ Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
€¢ Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
€¢ Ensure payments are received by due date
€¢ Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time
