Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller who is fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound & inbound calls, handling customer queries, and promoting our services/products with a positive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently and courteously.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing of services in a clear and convincing manner.
Maintain a database of customer information and update contact details when necessary.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Work closely with the sales/support team to improve customer experience.
Maintain call logs and reports as per company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate.
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role is an added advantage.
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle rejections and stress in a professional manner.
Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while speaking to customers.

Working Hours:
10 am to 6:30 pm (Weekly rotational off or alternate Sundays off)
