Primary Responsibilities
Download daily attendance of staff and workers using attendance software.
Maintain personal files and bank account setup for new employees.
Process monthly salaries before the 5th of each month.
Handle ESI and PF submissions before the 8th of each month.
Manage recruitment for staff and workers; ensure all vacancies are filled.
Coordinate compliance audits conducted by third-party agencies (maximum two audits per year).
Ensure all other statutory compliances are met as per government norms.
